Cozy place. The owner is friendly. He is also talented painter, art designer and wooden-worker.
Stylish house in a quiet residential area. When you get down to the basement, a wonderful space where the commitment of the owner shines everywhere! The main road is also nearby, not only within Nara prefecture but also from Osaka. A versatile owner and his wife may make a selfish order look good.
I used it to practice brass instruments.
How was it? It seems that there is no sound leak so as to be asked. According to the owner, he does not mind anything other than the bass dora. I was able to concentrate as much as possible and blow it in as much as I could. It was not so large, but there were also curtains, so I didn't mind the reflection of the sound.
