The first campsite I ever stayed at in japan. Clean, staff friendly, and secluded. Only downside is there’s no swimming in the beautiful lake.
Great camping next to the lake. Cottages also available for rent. Bike friendly and has a good hot spring 2 minutes ride away

I used it at the cottage.
I was a little worried because the price is cheap, but it was very clean and I was able to spend comfortably without any problems.
It was good that the toilet and sink were clean.
I felt that the person who manages it is doing it properly with a kind person.
Also, the view of the lake is wonderful, and I think it would be nice to have a campsite by the lake where you can take a leisurely view of the morning and evening views.
We also rented a rowboat from 6 am (1000 yen per hour), and I was able to enjoy Lake Sohara even more. The ducks are approaching in anticipation of food.
I didn't take a shower, so I used the outside day trip bath facility. It was so cool that I didn't mind if I couldn't take a bath at night.
It's full of fun memories. It was far, but it was good to go.
I used it at a solo camp.
We were able to set up in a beautiful location along the lake.
There is no bath, but the facilities were beautiful.
The manager is also very responsive and would like to use it again.
