Quiet unmanned station in the mountains ❗ Previously there was a relative platform, and the station building (reconstructed in 2010) that was connected by an overpass is a two-story building There is a waiting room above and a toilet below. There are no private houses in the vicinity 🌠 The average number of users per day is about 100.

10 minutes walk from the prefectural road southwest from Otaki station. Previously, what used to be a local sawmill factory was a junior high school. When I was attending school, there were still a few private houses near the station. At that time, there were no trains, and I used to go to school every day in an old diesel train of the Kiha system or a passenger car towed by the ED75. The station building was rebuilt about 10 years ago, but it used to be an old wooden station building with an overpass. The new station building retains the image of the old station building.

Unmanned station of Ou Main Line. It is also counted as a "hiseki station". In the past, landslides have occurred, and few private houses can be seen around the station. It was a very quiet station.
