This was the first place I went. I went to Okura village when I went to see rice terraces. I ate soba noodles.か It was delicious! My stomach is full. After that, I went to Hijiori Onsen where I wanted to go. (Hujijiri)

I got cold pickled soba. I love Yamagata! I love buckwheat! There is no doubt the taste. Thank you for stopping with soba - tongue firmly and thank you. It is rude to say, but I think it's a pretty rural area There were lots of customers! Actually a popular shop ⁉︎

Trimming. It's a great combination if the chicken soup is basically mixed so that the taste of the buckwheat is strong and delicious.
