It was a store where I could relax and maintain my social distance. There was a disinfectant spray at the entrance. The buckwheat noodles had a smooth feel like Sarashina and the thickness of the country buckwheat noodles was just right. The soup was a little thicker, but if you prefer a lighter taste, I think it's better to dilute it with soba water. The tempura was fried in buckwheat flour, and it was crispy and easy to eat. The more the rice cakes bite, the more the taste comes out, and the salt and miso taste made it simple and delicious. There are picture books and magazines in the store, which children can read while waiting. It was good that the shop could talk to the children and relax. I went there when it was raining or sunny, so the inside of the restaurant was a little damp, and the place where I happened to sit was near the toilet, so I was worried about the smell. That was a pretty disappointing place. Other than that, I was very satisfied. I also wanted to go again.

Arriving around 11:15 on public holidays, there are 3 to 4 customers and 4 to 5 guests. It is located in a scenic place overlooking the Nanatsu Forest, and the atmosphere inside the store is very good, as if you were using an old folk house with thatched roof. We ordered the classic "Tempura Takemori Soba". The cool breeze blows through the shop and it is comfortable. The soba and tempura are delicious and the clerk responds well to customers, but there are some complaints. 【guide】 Since there is no guidance when entering the store, I was wondering whether it is better to wait at the entrance or to sit at the seat without permission. [Wait time] Although it's not so crowded right after the store opens, isn't it long to wait 30 minutes after ordering? [Soba soup] Few. Even if the soba is eaten, it is empty by the time you drink soba-to. 【Note】 I used Google's navigation, but I was guided to a private house next door. Watch out for the last few hundred meters! ️
