Omika station. Very obfuscated station name. The word jar means a vessel (especially a large turtle used for brewing sake), and the name of the town is taken from it. The name of the town is now Omika-cho because it is difficult to write. The chances of seeing the word "jar" have decreased. .. .. It's a fairly large station on the Joban Line, and the limited express also stops. It's a historic station, but it has recently been refurbished and is very clean. It used to be difficult to move from east to west, but it became very convenient because there was a free passage under the railroad tracks. The east exit roundabout is usually full of taxis waiting for passengers. There is also a police box so you can rest assured. There are a few shops lined up. On the other hand, there are not many shops at the west exit, and it is still under development. Ibaraki Christian Academy can only be seen in the immediate vicinity, and there is not much else that stands out. However, the point is that there is a large rotary like the east exit and there is also a fine bus stop. The station has been cleaned up, the surrounding towns have been developed, and I'm looking forward to the future!
