I had to get some notary work done. The security was high, as always, but not crowded at all. Although I had a problem with a missing form, the staff was extraordinarily understanding and helpful. In and out in no time.

The staff at US Citizen Services is great. Very friendly and eager to give tips to save time. I've never had a bad experience in the 17 years I have been coming for passport services. I have never had any trouble with the security outside either. Just be sure to tell them you are a citizen and you can bypass the line. I wish the State Dept. could spare some extra money to build Tokyo a new US Embassy however. Very grim looking place. 4 stars for great service. Minus one star for feeling like I am entering the Death Star.
