A signal field where the freight line to the sugar beet factory that originally existed around the branch line. Its history is known at the Mukaiyama Museum, which is connected to the station. I stayed home with a bike tool when I was at an unmanned station with a dead shell, but I couldn't sleep because the vibration of a freight train passing at midnight was transmitted. Of course, I can't stay at home now.

There are many paperback books and comic books in the waiting room. In addition, it is a beautiful unmanned station at night because the decorations are gorgeously decorated!

There is a place called "Orando (our Nambu dialect in English) Museum Mukaiyama Station Museum" next to the ticket gate. I don't know the details just by following him, but it seems that he is doing it as a volunteer or probably as a hobby, and it is open from 9:00 to 16:00 only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. I put it in for free. There were railroad goods, signboards with information signs, and diorama running Shinkansen Komachi and Hayabusa. It looked completely decorative, so I was surprised that I could actually run it. I think it's quite a maniac, so it seems worth visiting once for railroad fans and iron otaku. In the waiting room at Mukaiyama Station, there were books such as manga, novels, and railway journals, which were about the size of a small hospital library or a barber shop with a large selection of books. The toilet is a pit latrine only outside. If you are going to stay longer, it is better to visit after finishing at Aeon or a convenience store.
