風景印には、中野サンプラザ（旧全国勤労青少年会館）と哲学堂公園が描かれています。 当局の局舎は、一見何の変哲もない2階建てにみえますが、実は裏が14階建ての高層ビルになっており、郵政グループの社宅として使われています。この局舎の建設をめぐっては、昭和40年代に、北側に位置する中野住宅をはじめとする近隣住民との間に、日照権や跡地活用（元々区役所の跡地だった）で大きな騒動があり、国会にも取り上げられ、訴訟にも発展した歴史があります。 現在、中野駅南口の再開発が進んでおり、中野住宅も60余年の歴史に幕を下ろしました。築50年超となる当局（と社宅）はどうなるんでしょうね。

If you have more than 15 minutes, you can get a discount by issuing a parking certificate from the checkout machine and sending it to the post office. The post office is kind and polite and works quickly. It's a system that waits for tickets waiting in line, but it's always very helpful because you can usually complete the procedure before you get the ticket. Due to the influence of the corona, the Yu Yu window is shortened, so you need to be careful when you go overtime, such as checking the website in advance.

以前は２４時間だったのに時短になって相当待ち時間が長くなった。待たせすぎですね、本局でキャパオーバーなのだからもう少しは延長していただきたい。 スタッフの対応はおおむね良いです、ただわずかに、感じが悪いおじさんがいますが・・全体としてはこういう大きめの局があるのはありがたいので。。。２４時間に戻れば★10点です
