A cathedral is erected at the center of the Tegomaru district on the south side of Route 24. Between the cathedral and Route 24 is where the Teikoku Castle was. According to the origin of the precincts and the history of Toyosato, it is said that the founding was started at the beginning of the Muromachi period in 1398 by Mt. The main statue of Amitabha Nyoraiza is from the Muromachi period. It is made of parquet and has a gold leaf. Inside the womb of the main statue, there is a one-piece wooden kongara doji made in the Kamakura period. The old main hall was erected in Genroku 8 (1695) and has undergone several renovations since then. In 2010 (2010), the current main hall was newly erected.
