So this was the trail we took to climb Mount Fuji, a very popular trail, not easy because of the incline. The coming down is not via this trail. There are huts at different levels which can be good resting ground.

A wise man once said "It's you're crazy if you're climbing it twice" true enough when you reach the summit, it just takes your breath away, both literally and figuratively. But it does have its dangers and do note that first aid services won't be able to reach you if you're on the summit or the ninth station, unless it's a grave matter. So hike safely y'all!

It's a lovely walk. I don't find it that hard, and took me around 5hours. The real bad side is the amount of people... Sunny day is a mess... I recommend you to start the path at around 18, and go up at night. You"ll be on top for a bit before sunrise, and skip all the big amount of people climbing very slowly and blocking everyone

An incredibly testing hike to the summit of Mt Fuji on the Yoshida trail and an amazing journey. Really had to fight myself in the last 500 m to the top but got there in the end 👍make sure you're back at station 6 in time for the bus home or else it's a long dark hike back along the trail. Thoroughly enjoyed it but will most likely never do again.

It is a beautiful mountain. If the weather is nice, you can see pretty far. If you do it in one day as we did, don't climb and descend to fast, otherwise you could have a headache as we had.
