평소에 안 그러셨는데 닷지에 계신 분이 바뀌셔서 그런가..상태가 왜 이러죠.. 와이프가 애 낳고 젤 처음 먹고 싶어한게 여기 초밥이어서 출산하고 몸 좀 추스린 다음 포장해와서 먹는 중입니다.. 초밥은 밥알이 뭉치는 느낌에.. 회덮밥은 밥이 떡져서 비벼지지도 않고 눅눅해보여서 먹다먹다 포기하고 전화해서 문의하니.. 밥은 오늘 밥인데 냉동고에 올려 놨다가 데워서 가느라 그런거 같다는데..이게 무슨 말인가요.. 왠만하면 넘어가려다가 상추에서 손질이 덜 됐는지 모레까지 더 씹었네요.. 단전에서부터 뭔가가 쳐올라서 글 남깁니다.. 저도 일식에서 종사했던 사람으로서.. 고충을 충분히 알고 넘어가고 싶은데.. 이건 아닌거 같습니다.. 밥 상태랑 재료 손질 상태랑..전체 적으로 한번 더 점검하시길 바랍니다
