Well maintained fake tomb and shrine along with a small memorial building displaying this ill fated general's achievements. Also a tomb for his beloved horse with a monument. Beautiful surroundings near his birth place.

It is sad that there is no record where General Won was buried that this site has a fake tomb which is called a shrine rather than a tomb even though it is commonly known as General/Admiral's tomb. Well kept by his off springs.

Very cool historically significant burial site of Admiral Won Guen. He was a protege of ADM Yi Sun Shin and also a master naval tactician and strategist. I wish they had more information about the naval battles and engagements of this era. It is a very neat monument.
