This was a fun and interesting place to visit. My coworkers and I visited the compound for a day to make wine, eat food, fly kites, and learn about the first female cookbook author in Asia. Fun!

After brief information about alcohol, it was poured into glutinous rice and crushed hard. The process sounds complicated in the future, so you should try looking for it, but when you see the taste of alcohol, it is soft and delicious. It was an experience that took about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Traditional liquor making experience, difficult but fun.

We were surprised at the taste of shochu, beer, rice wine and other Korean sake, and made friends and traditional liquor, and it was so much fun to listen to lectures about our drinks and food. Good.
