This is the kindest, most helpful diplomatic department I have ever been to. They are efficient and helpful and kind.

They are lazy people, I apply visa for my son(one years old child), and I’ve been there four time, the lady whom every time tell me new documents need to prepare, and tell me only can apply within two weeks from departure, then I did it. It’s normally take 5-10working days, but I wait 3 weeks, now they tell me to fetch the visa today. But on the way to embassy, she called, said their system down, so the visa is not ready, I have to wait again, who know I need to wait how many day. By the way, I have to cancel my ticket and posphond again, and they don’t care how much i spend on the flight ticket. They did not ever say sorry to us
