No place to wait inside due to social distancing... people are huddling in the rain outside

The room where the bureaucracy is done is relatively small and you will have to wait a while depending on what you need to do. If you need to get a visa you have to go to the Russia Visa Application Center-Seoul which is located in: 5F Danam Building, 10 Sowol Ro, Jung Gu, Seoul. As I understood it you can only get a Visa for Russia as a non-Korean if you have a valid Visa(Student or work) for Korea.

The Korean native receptionist dealing with Korean citizens definitely needs to listen to speakers. Stop jumping in while your client talks and let him/her finish it. That was very rude. You should re-provide her with more of job training until she completely understands how to take calls. Thus, according to my experience, I grade 1 star. But the Russian native receptionist was way much kinder. So, you got 2 stars.

Smells like a Russian

As soon as I struck the ticket, the turn came right there, although there were many people. This means they are working promptly. Korea taught Russians how officials should work 😃 the girl in the window is polite, benevolent, and did not show any aggressiveness at all! What is not typical for Russian officials in Russia itself 😀 she served quickly, explained everything, is competent in her work. Thank you very much.
