The staff was really kind and helpful. I will visit there again in Jan. btw, Austrian Embassy is on 21st floor. Australian Embassy is on 19th floor.

Woman in the reception is rude...their noticeboard says they receive papers even after 1pm but actually if you are not from their likable countries they just refuse to serve even if you request them..very bad service
