All the Korean workers (females & security guard) at the Turky Embassy Seoul Korea in the Vivien Building should be fired. Period. The Korean workers are rude and hang up the phone whenever they want. They can't even speak English which is EXTREMELY frustrating, on top of that they don't even have manner or common sense. I had a very bizarre and absurd encounter with a Korean lady who was wearing a yellow dress height 155cm 5'2 with bangs and shoulder height black Asian hair, she sits in the second seat of front of the door, she says her name is Jaehe, Mehe, and so on (makes up false name), she refuses to disclose her real Korean name because she is afraid of complaints. I called her up and asked about passport renewals and visas for visiting foreign countries, and she was yelling at me saying "What you want? I don't know I don't know!!!" and she hung up on me 3 times. This Korean lady couldnt even speak simple English and had a very thick Asian accent which is completely frustrating to understand, I asked her a visa and passport question and She couldn't even do her job and instead yells at people on the phone and tosses the telephone everywhere and slams(very loud smack) to hang up. When I was there, Both the Korean workers lied and came up with excuses to refuse my group people to walk in the embassy because they are afraid of complaints and could possibly end up loosing their jobs. Little did they know I was with a native speaker who understood every word they said, the Korean lady said "don't let the one who I hung up on, they will make a complaint on me" Turkish people need their passports renewed fast.

They don't say it all the time as if they're there for free
