The name "Obong" means five mountain peaks. It is similar in meaning to the three sister peaks of the Australian Blue Mountains. At the top of the five peaks, a massive rock stands like an ultra giant. However, it is too dangerous to climb this peak. Where you can see these peaks, you can see the entire "Bukhansan National Park" and much of Seoul. You can find the starting point by taking bus 704 from Seoul and getting off at Songchu. Of course, you can go through "Dobongsan Station" in Seoul.
