Staff and especially the dealers are very rude and unfriendly. No smiles, no greetings and happy if customers are losing. Roulette they say stop betting too fast after ball is released and the outcome numbers on the board are most wrong.

Just fot fun. Nothing else.. Never compare Las Vegas.. hahaha

A welcoming environment, but like other reviews, the dealers are quite robotic and non expressive. The chairs are comfy and cozy, and stylish interior design with lots of light. Crowded on this Sunday as it gets busy between 6 to midnight if you're on the main floor. About half of the dealers are attractive, and the most attractive ones on the high-roller areas. 20% of the video machines were out of service and never fixed. Hopefully they repair these machines so more people can play. DT
