Consulate General of Russia in Busan

Great service! Not very busy. Very strick about names with visa applications. Open 9:30 to 5:30 but they only process until 12:30 before an hour lunch. Got in and out really quickly.

I visited the Consulate General of Russia in Busan and, unfortunately, again faced some problems that arise in connection with non-compliance with regulations. Currently, visitors are required to submit an application in advance on the consulate's website. But many people have problems with this. You must write an application, receive a QR code and send it to the consulate website. Then print it out. It is also possible to fill out an application on the spot, but there are no forms for this application. This question was answered like this; letterheads have to be manually driven into a computer and takes a long time. Those who fill out an application on the spot should dress up to visit the consulates for two days in a row. I believe that an employee has no right to arbitrarily hide the possibility of filling out an application on the spot, thereby creating great inconvenience to citizens. I have been living in Korea for more than three years and I can say with confidence that the service in institutions in Korea is an order of magnitude higher than in Russia.
