Bank of Ceylon - Ridigama

I was totally disappointed about BOC because of the staff of rideegama branch. I was wondering about boc smart pay app so I've went to this branch and ask about registration, and the staff reply was no for this service you need an new account ( my account was 18+) for this service you need a smart gen account. So today i went to kurunegla branch and those staff are amazing they care about customers. Those staff helped me to register with smart pay app with my current 18+ account and it was very friendly service. I think the problem is not the BOC bank, problam is staff in RIdeegama BOC branch.
