Service is excellent from bank staff that's why I give 5 stars. Main issue is vehicle parking. Bank and parking space is block by Main bus stop. Kadugannawe,Pothtapitiya,Pilimathalawa buses are waiting there between 5-10 minutes for passengers because of that bank customers are struggling to get in and out most of the time. My mother in law (physically disabled) doesn't like to go there because of this problem. As well reputed Bank in Sri Lanka they need to find a solution for that. We don't want to waste our time in vain.

Staff quite friendly and helpful, but parking space very poor. even security staff not arrange space for customers. all the time blocked by uneducated private bus drivers.

Very friendly and professional customer service representatives and the manager is very friendly as well. But there’s no enough parking space!
