Big branch and well organized. You can do all the banking stuff using this location. Customer care is good and staff is well-informative and friendly. They have 3-4 counters to deposit and withdraw cash and 4-5 counters to other banking stuff. There are few parking spots inside but most of the time you don't find any parking spot inside. You can park on the road also but it is also challenging because District Secretariat Kurunegala is nearby.

Comparatively better than to Peliyagoda branch. There is a lot to improve in terms of customer care. Flavours the relatives of the security staff .
