A beautiful and peaceful hideout, a bit far from the bustling city but worth a visit and if you got an extra day, best place to camp in Kandy.. Charaka is a perfect host with a sound knowledge about the trees and plants in the vicinity.. I wish to be back soon 🤗

I was really happy to choose this amazing place surrounded by jungles. It's located really close to Kandy, one of the most incredible mountain temple I've ever seen and small shops and cafes. Me and my husband stayed there for 4 nights and we really enjoyed this calm and peaceful atmosphere in the house, which is itself an art place that I really recommend to visit as a part of the tour. And we are really greatful to the owner of the place, who is a really kind and hospitable person. He will definitely help you and tell you everything you want about everything he knows. This is one of the coolest places in sri Lanka. Its all good vibes and you are surrounded by jungle yet main road to town is almost easily accessible .the owner has lots of information to share and his friendship is easy to accept and return .meeting him and the guests at this place waa unregretable.

Great place to forget the time and the world around u, plenty of fruit trees, tee, coffee,cinnamon, vanilla..everything growing there 🤣 the host is probably the most about other peoples compfort caring person that I ever met lol ,definitely recommend for a good shanti time
