It was my 1st visit to the Service station which ended as a terrible experience. I made the reservation almost 2 weeks prior & confirmed me to visit 8.30am. Today, when I went there to service my vehicle, without checking with me, my appointment has changed to 10.30. I waited until 10.30, but instead of taking my vehicle, they took a vehicle for service which was not in the original list. I really disappointed about the poor customer service given by them, won't visit them again.

For Mitsubishi, Perodua, DFM parts. Bit expensive but originals.

They do not allow customers to the shop these days. So when someone comes to the shop, the security person unlock the door and ask the reason. The customers have to wait at the door which is kept locked until they complete the processing. This is ridiculous. Hope they will rectify it
