First thing i notice is the friendly staff they are very friendly and easygoing to work with. Even the security guard is very friendly. Service is bit slow but it is the way most Sri lankan government offices. Place is crowded in noon hours. Best time to visit is after 1.30pm or early morning like 9.15 pm to 10.00 pm. BEST THINGS IS The online account open. No need to fill forms they do it online. Hope this go into other banks. Parking management is very bad though. Improve this please.
