This is managed very inefficiently. A small task takes a lot of time and crowds build here due to the tellers/managers not properly trained about productive and efficient workflows. Need to address this by higher management.

Poor customer service. The teller in the counter( guy with a beard) is very rude. Dont know how to talk to customers. He acts like we have gone there to withdraw money from his account. The lady officer seated in the back too very rude.

The car park is very small. When crowded nobody can park.. When on sunny times we have to stay on sunny to withdraw cash from atm. Bank operations and service is superb.but those things have to be modified

Quite a large branch!! One of the best banks in Srilanka. They got great service. This branch has a good parking space!!
