Not enough customer service representatives, took a long time just to activate sms alert 🤦♂️
Poor and arrogant customer service. Especially the old hag lady representative at the fixed deposit seat. What an attitude problem she has. It'll be just as easy for us to speak to her the same way she speaks to a customer, but i do not want to embarrass myself. Please employ people with class. After all, you are a good bank.
