Yesterday I went to request a new debit card while the old one is declined, and tried to explain how I embarrassed while I was paying the bill with a declined debit card. The debit card was terminated without informing me. The bank manager came to me (I think who is the bank manager - Tharindu) and said "Sorry for the inconvenience, I apologize you behalf of the HNB" and talked me very friendly. Respect Tharindu, we want people like you and I suggest all HNB bank managers and the staff should train from him how to respect to the customers. Thanks again.
