Water's Edge Helipad. Very convenient place for boarding a helicopter. Convenient access and parking.

Yes, you'll be awkwardly standing in the back yard of a restaurant. Police and airline employee will come and inspect/weigh your bags. Plane only lands for five minutes max so don't be late
