Worst customer service I have experienced at a HNB bank. Had to stay for almost 2hrs to get an account changed, which never happened and I ended up closing my account with them!

Located very closer to Kelaniya Temple. Not having a larger carpark but can manage. Having both ATM and Cash deposit machine. Newly fixed.
