Not satisfied. Staff have a very slow customer service especially women at the main counter. Poor customer service Poor management ..

One of the busiest HNB branch. Good service and nice atmosphere. Separate parking is available back side of the building.

Worst service & waiting for long time for cash deposit.. there are four counters & but only works two counters

Today i visited to Wattala Branch and happy to see that the staff are very active and very prompt. The Executive who is in pawning and new account opening section were very supportive and pleasant too. Wish HNB Wattala Team all the very best!!!
