This Walasmulla HNB Bank is not customer friendly.. whole Staff was clueless on how to manage with a cheque in foreign currency. Totally cluless and not supportive.. Given so many options to chase the customer away which are are, to go to the original branch where you opened the account, to go colombo as they never did such and not aware on how to proceed.Ultimately HNB staff came up with a suggestion for the customer to go BOC as HNB is taking more than 1 and half months to proceed such a transaction.
Absolutely Not a customer friendly and the HNB Walasmulla bank staff is not up-to-date.
