Worst staff in a loan section ever seen in a bank. They are at the edge of ineffectively. They have no idea on what they are doing. It's the 50th day after submitting all the required documents with no issues in CRIB and all still not approved my loan application. These people will definitely have to pay the pubic money they waste. useless manager as well. The worst boc branch ever worked with.
They have provided the shelter for ATM users.
