One of the worst peoples bank branch. The bank employees are ignorant of attending the customer. The service is very slow. The employees always tend ignore you and act like they have other works to do, if it is the case they why wouldn't the government hire more employees. The branch itself is small in size. I went to change my mobile number and email address linked to my bank account, and they were reluctant to change it even after I have filled the forms and duly submitted other documents. The reason for this being that they should verify my signature and it will take time. They asked to come next week. The government must at least take some steps to educate government employees about handling customer management. I have seen the employees working here ignore the common people and provide service for "special members". I am not sure whether this review would change anything, but this might be a heads up for people who are visiting this branch (prepare to be ignored). Hope their service will improve in future.

Such a lethargic branch I have never seen.. when I got there to have a new atm card and for a cash withdrawal they said that my signature is fake and thy said further more that they would send a fax for my original branch to have the conformation. But they took more than half an hour to send a fax.. I dont know whether they are walking along the way to that branch for handing over the fax . The most amusing thing is I already have made some depisites and withdrawals through this branch.
