Great service overall, I was able to give my biometrics within few minutes. I am only deducting 2 stars because they employ this security guard from G4S who is awful at dealing with customers. He treats people like garbage. For the basic question, expect this mister to mock at you, give you complex instructions and yell at you in front of everyone.
