My observation concerns the workers in the Turkish bath, and I especially mention Jamila, as she is an impolite person and does not know how to deal with customers. I ask the project owners to leave a number for submitting complaints, and in this way each person will know his responsibility. Because of the inappropriate and immoral treatment I received from this lady working in the bathroom and her daughter, I will not go again.
