Very bad service. The storage on the pallets is not optimized in order to invoice more pallets. During pick-ups, the quantities of goods are not controlled. Random pricing and only after the merchandise is gone. We therefore find ourselves with a fait accompli. Failure to comply with the commitment regarding freight forwarding costs. As for the dialogue, very responsive person to cash in, but regularly on vacation for complaints. Never call back as agreed. Real bad faith.
I strongly advise against using their services which on the whole are mediocre and expensive.
