AVOID AT ANY COST ! First they provide you with a car that already has scratches and bends, they note these down on your contract, and then when you return the car they trace one scratch that was not noted on the contract, and Charge You the cost. For one small scratch, if you haven’t closed a full coverage insurance, will cost you $2000. In addition, none at customer service is willing to discuss with you anything. It’s the worse car rental experience that we had in our life anywhere on this globe. Never ever again Hertz, and especially in Morocco, where people 24/7 try to make money out of you.

I don't know if anybody else get charged tax of this terrible company, they charged me 60$ for amount of 300$, so I payed 360$ total, witch I never saw before. Not good company. Stay away.

Avoid thrifty, hertz and dollar: they are all franchises managed by the same company STARC. Worth less than 0. They are real thieves. Once you are abroad, they will take your 1500+ EUR deposit without notice and for no valid reason. They will make it extremely hard for you to get it back. If you do get back something, it will only be partially. Bear in mind that they have no real client service. You wonder why they have such a limited number of reviews? It was around 1 star with hundreds of reviews from clients until they decided to take it down in order to start from scratch. They catch clients with low prices like you catch fish. Ultimately you will pay more than the competition. Have a close look to other rental companies with reviews: some have higher prices but excellent reviews and no bad surprise at the end. Go for them. I have never felt scammed until becoming a thrifty client. They are a real shame for Morocco and give the country a bad reputation. If you want additional information, look into the hundreds of reviews in forums with people desperate to get their money back.

Stay away and take the advice it’s just a franchise not the real Hertz , they’ll over charge you on your credit card for things you didn’t do to do car I returned the car with full tank and cleaned from inside and outside and I was charged 750$ on my credit card and there is no one to talk to Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from them
