If you’re like me - you take online reviews with a grain of salt. Also, air travel is often unpleasant, so how bad can one airline be? Well the answer is bad, extremely bad. So TERRIBLY bad that it makes you write your first online review. If you enjoy multiple cancellations, no information, refusal to assist and ticket agents purposefully providing incorrect information - then this airline is for you! And for a fun bonus, if you ask enough questions about ridiculous things such as “flight information” and “boarding times” etc, the check-in agent will tell you your first flight leg is cancelled - when in fact - you’ve been on the flight all along and there’s no cancellation. This airline also provides the opportunity to wait on a bus for an indefinite amount of time to travel to a local airport hotel, thus forcing you to seek your own accommodations. I would pay good money to avoid this airline and never have to utter its name again. Stay tuned to see if we ever leave - entering hour 20. Food on first flight kind of good though.

Terrible service aftet loosing my baggage. Phone numbers provided just ring out, eventually managed to get through and was told the baggage claim number I had been given the night before is incorrect and that other passangers have called quoting same number and it up to me to obtain the correct claim number!! Now I have no baggage and more importantly lost all of the Xmas presents I was bringing and no one seems to care or want to help!!! 1st and last time using this airlines.

4hr delay on flight from Agadir to Casablanca (our plane literally took off without the passengers), so I missed my 2am flight to Frankfurt and am now stuck at the airport overnight until the next flight back home. Got charged to rebook my missed flight. Unforgivable. Worst airlines ever.

NEVER FLY AIR MOROCCO 🇲🇦. BAD ATTITUDE AND RACIALLY OFFENSIVE TO PEOPLE OF COLOR! I write this review not to disrespect, escalate racial diversity or even to tarnish the image of this company, rather want to push for a proper training of personal and learn to discipline them. For some reasons, my connecting flight from Casablanca to Moscow was canceled a day before my trip.😲🤷🏾‍♂️ ⠀ I arrived the airport and went to the accommodation department at the airport to get accommodation voucher, cos i could not hang-out in the airport for two nights! ⠀ I have meet some Africans 🤷🏾‍♂️ that were stuck in the airport lobby for 2 DAYS!!, 😭😭🤯😱 because thier flight was cancelled and they where not provided accommodation due to the fact they are AFRICANS (black Africans) that may want to over stay the transit grace in Morocco !!! That is so crazy !!!!🤬🤬 ⠀ So back to my horrible story ! 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 I meet a young man ( who never introduced him self) and i asked for voucher He told me that I did not pay for my flight and I have no flight to Moscow. ⠀ I tried to explain to him that there must be a mistake! it can't be that i don't have a flight. I just flew from Lagos to Casablanca ! ⠀ He kept on insisting that i don't have a ticket and that he can't do anything to help and that I should leave his office. ⠀ At this moment, he started acting rude and raising his voice, because i told him there is a mistake, it can't be that I don't have a ticket. ⠀ I showed him my payment receipt, but he ignored me and started speaking to someone else in Arabic neglecting my presence. ⠀ I asked, what next to do, and He said i should go to the agent and fix it. ( Talking off his shoulders) ⠀ I told him that i will report to the administration about his bad and unprofessional manner of communication, of which he answered, that I can do whatever i want and go to where ever I want and he does not care! Literally telling me off. 🤯 I felt racially discriminated of both colour of skin and because I did not speak Arabic. I could tell from the way he attended to some white Arabian who walked up to interrupt us. I told him to please finish talking to me before switching to another costumer, but to no avail. ⠀ I got a confirmation from the agent and a prove that my flight was cancelled late, a day before the scheduled departure .(Not by me but by the company, because they could not Provide a flight on the scheduled day they sold me the ticket 🎫 ) ⠀ I went back to him to get my accommodation ( cos could not hang around the airport for 2 DAYS) ⠀ I told him to give me his name so I can lay my complaint and dissatisfaction of this particular employee and He refused to disclose his identity. ⠀ After i managed to take a picture of him, he threatened he will call the police to arrest me. ⠀ A different personal ( I think his boss) came and then gave me the voucher for accommodation. ⠀ I asked for the identity of that particular Personal, but He said i should just forget it. ⠀ I made it known that i will post this online if i did not get a personal apology from that personal. ⠀ He now told me that I will get into trouble and arrested !!!!! ⠀ I told him what had happened and he did not even confirm from that personal what exactly happened !! ⠀ How can you trust a company that does not in anyway respect ✊ their clients ? ⠀ So if you want to be insulted, racially discriminated, unscheduled flight cancelation, then this company is the best you can count on. ⠀ I hope this will fall to attentive ears and we all will learn to make people step up, get educated and learn to communicate with respect, gratitude and improved customers services.

Respectful airline that remain a little more work to grow up itself... My respect to the staff and thank you for the african staff that I enjoyed my travel with them... Otherwise, I ask you to boost your maintenances inside your aircrafts because they are shameful sometimes :/ Good luck and hope to flight with you soon ;)
