ONOMO hotel Casablanca Airport

This hotel is nice, new and clean, but there are no amenities that are usually standard at hotels, especially $100/night hotels in Morocco. I felt it was far too expensive not to have basics like tissues, small shower products or water glasses in the room. If you want mineral water, tea or coffee, it's a charge. They provided me a hairdryer when I asked for one at the front desk, so that was nice. I also appreciated the airport shuttle, and the driver was very courteous. They did have a gym at the hotel, but I didn't get the chance to use it.

No sign where to meet the shuttle. I emailed days prior to arrival to request shuttle information but no response. The driver was nice and helpful with the luggage. Mediocre front desk customer service: I landed around 8 am and made it to the hotel so tired around 10 am. When I asked the receptionist about check-in, she said that I have to wait until noon to be able to get into my room. Then when I told her that I'm tired and I need a room, she said to me that I have to pay an extra fee (about 100 MAD). While I understand that their check-in has a specific time, I think she could have offered me the room at no charge as the room was already ready. $10 is not a big deal to get my rest but I think it would have meant a lot to me when I was so tired of traveling for 16 hours. Room condition: My room was small. The shower temperature wasn't consistent. The bed was hard as a rock. I woke up with back pain the following day. Pillows were weak and not well stuffed. Toilet paper was just a tiny used roll (using a used toilet paper during a pandemic). I found hair and stains in the bed as well as a lot of dust under it. Not all staff members were wearing a mask. The receptionist who works the night shift was hanging out in the restroom without a mask. No signs where it says to wear masks in the restaurant but only in the elevators. Lack of staff.  Every time I went to the restaurant to get my food, had to wait for hours to get my food. There was only one person serving the food ( and probably prepping the food) Expensive food. If you end up staying at this place, remember to bring your own snacks/food because it's outrageously expensive to eat at this place. Expect to pay $8 for a medium size bottle of water that normally costs $.60. The quality food wasn't consistent. The hotel was convenient to the airport but not to anything else. It was nice not to go on a long ride to get to the hotel when I arrived, but when the need arose to go to a nearby grocery store, it was not possible. The hotel is located in an industrial zone and going to the city is difficult and expensive.

Not a bad hotel near Casablanca airport. I would recommend if you arrive on a late flight or need to catch an early flight out. There was a free shuttle service to/from the airport. The rooms were basic but did it's job. The front desk was very nice and friendly though!

I had a very short stay at the hotel, Since my flight was early the next morning. They were polite at the reception and prompt. Despite not having a bell boy they offered to help with my luggage. The room was spacious, clean and newly renovated, it had a modern contemporary feel to it. The bathroom was clean and gorgeous with plenty of towels, Could have used small shampoo packets but one soap was provided. Wifi was good and fast enough to call my family. In the morning they had a shuttle service directly to the airport free of charge, The shuttle was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a good short expierence and I would recommend them based on that.

Not bad hotel to sleep a night before your flight. Close to the airport. The hotel has a free bus, which transfer you to the airport. Reception is not very fast,but stuff is gentle and very helpful. Quite expensive food in the restaurant (f.e. little cup of coffee - 30 MAD).
