Sorry - the lounge in no way equates to the minimum standards of food (selection of dry rolls and cold pancakes, no fruit or dairy products) entertainment (no functional TV or magazine available) or equipment (lack of glasses and knives, restrooms outside the loundge) of other airport lounges Air Canada - help me understand why you are assigning your loyal customers to this lounge if it is not yet a matter of saving money on the backs of your customers
