Pherouza SPA

Amazing place, nice people. Wow

It's too bad that I can't provide them with 0 stars but here's the reason: We wanted to have a relaxing afternoon as our final day in Casablanca and chose this Spa cause of it's good reviews. We called beforehand cause we wanted to have a 2-person massage and they provided it. The price was €30 per person for 30 minutes. A bit expensive (In NL it's €40 for an hour) but maybe cause it was really good. We paid in advance. It took us a while to find it and when we came in it wasn't the best looking place but it had charm, relaxing music and smelled good. Too bad there was a father with a crying son (he cried the WHOLE time and was near the massage rooms) which ruined the experience. Now I know the place can't do much about it clients but we just couldn't relax. The price wasn't €30 but €40 per person.. We then got sent to two rooms and not together in one room. The massage lasted max 20 min and was pretty painful. From all our massages, this was by far the worst one yet. We both thought there came a second part of the massage but that was it.. So if you want a rough massage, pay too much money and get a crying kid to make your experience even more worse, go to this SPA. EDIT: I can't reply on the answer below so I'll add my reply on my review. You did read about me being annoyed by the parent with baby right? The person you're referring to isn't me but someone else. Your argument is invalid since I did have a massage. Maybe you guys just don't know who enters and leaves the SPA. I am glad to read they weren't happy as well. Regardless of context, the way you handled it there and now again says a lot about Pherouza in my opinion..

Terrible. It was quite the opposite of relaxing: the staff seemed to be super hasty although there were no other clients waiting. We paid relatively a lot of money for what we got in return: 40 euros for about 20 minutes of massages. The massage was very painful and I asked if the masseuse could be more gentle, but she continued the same way. The head support wasn't removed when I was lying on my belly so my neck was in a weird position. Very unprofessional. The owner came into the room several times which made it impossible to relax. In short: DON'T GO HERE!!!! UPDATE: the owner has finally taken the effort to reply to my review and still thinks we were the parents with the crying kid!!!! No we are NOT those people, we were the clients! Unbelieveble, you don't even know what you are talking about, and calling us liars. QUELLE HORREUR!

Bed

Clean center. Professional and warm. I started at the center with therapy to quit smoking. It works very well and I have since adopted this center for my massage and aesthetic hammams. I recommend pherouza to my friends and everyone for that matter. Bravo Pherouza keep up the good work
