Just incredible service! The ticketing staff and the baggage handling supervisor (unfortunately I did not get their names) that were handling flight LH1333 from Marrakesh to Frankfurt were incredible and persistent in solving a big problem for me. My ticket booked on United from Marrakesh to DC via Frankfurt was not showing up on their system. Only the first segment was showing up. They could not check my bag in till they could see the entire booking. Even after 90 mins, 4 different staff members & supervisors from Swissport and 2 20 mins calls with a United 1K, it was no go. The baggage check in cut off time was fast approaching and I was getting close to the point where I would not be able to board my flight and get back home. The baggage supervisor did not give up and kept at it for more than 30 mins and managed to get my bag checked in and get me my boarding pass. I wish I had made a note of his name so that I could send a personal note of thanks. Just incredible. Thank you Swissport Menara Airport!! Now this is customer service.

Awful company. Nobody has been helpful. They lost my bags then laughed at me when I was upset about it and then refused to give me a claim number. Iberia and SwissPort! I want my bag back!
