We visited this spa twice during our time in Marrakesh. The staff and the service was amazing on our arrival. We were told to lock our belongings in a locker and were given bathrobes in which we placed our locker keys. We came out of the hamam, popped our bathrobes back on and made our way to our lockers, got ready and started to make our way out. Before leaving both staff members asked for a tip and we happily handed them over what they deserved for a great service. As we were making our way out my husband said to me money was missing from his pocket, we both had counted our money before we went in to make sure we had enough. Someone within that spa had stolen money from us. If you decide to visit this spa please keep your keys with you if you are carrying any extra cash or better yet don't book in. This experience really ruined mine and my husbands trip and I am so disappointed. I will not be visiting again!

Great hammam and best massage experience...more expensive than local places but you get what you pay for..worth it...staff very friendly and experienced.

Overpriced and not nicely done gellack treatment. It was cold inside, no tea or water offered. I would not recommend going here.
