Expensive n Bad. Time was shorter for both Hammam n Massage. They told us Royal Hammam has facial mask but they didnt do. My mom did pedicure n the nail polish is fake, can be scrub off easily with fingers. I gave 2 stars cos Hammam is still ok

Myself and my sister had pedicure done, when we told them we want pedicure done and said go few steps forward and me and my sister didn't know where to go. Then after waiting few mins they decided to place us where they were doing pedicure. Group of girls were in one corner doing there make ups and ignoring there customers. One of them started on me and i asked who will be doing my sisters as there was a communication barrier she said il do your's first. I said who will be doing my sisters? As still good 4 -5 girls (workers) were doing there make up. I told them it wasn't acceptable whilst my sister is waiting and they are onlt concentrating in themselves. Then they decided to get someone after 10 mins to start of my sisters feet. The owner of the place need to send them on to course of dealing with staff... these girls only cared about how they looked?? No communication and no friendly at all. I was thinking of getting massage done but glad i didn't. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It just looks good and thats it!!

Pay for a 300dh hour massage which lasts 30 minutes and expeditiously ... A REAL SCAM WITH THE COMPLICITY OF THE MANAGER ....

Nous venons de sortir de l’institut aroma spa Marrakech un instant . Même une étoile est trop pour leur manque de professionnalisme la mauvaise qualité du massage et surtout leurs insolences , je n’est pas vu les avis avant d’y allée avec une copine et j’en suis dégoûtée. Premièrement nous payons un massage de 60 minutes à 300 DH Pour quel s’arrête après 30 minutes de massage , nous en parlons à la responsable mais elle étais complice . Bref nullissime ils ont ni voulu nous rembourser la différence ni faire un geste commercial . En deux mot : À FUIR !!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my friend had taken the hammam + relaxing treatment, a horrible experience at the institute. The manager only asks for payment in cash, for the scrub the employees are in transparent clothes, in thongs, without bra, very seductive !! No courtesy, she throws water jumps at us to remove the soap when we were animals. I strongly advise against!
