My wife and I visited this place and we were met by Laila, who spoke English so that was a positive. Service was amazing from the outset. Price wise, slightly expensive but worth the service ! Make sure to take cash as they don’t card, but cash machine is outside.

I went for a steam room and a treatment. My worst experience! The room was very small and I had to share it with my friend. There was no water vapor as the room was not hot enough. The girl who was barely 15 years old spoke neither French nor English so difficult to communicate. The care and shampoo were shipped for both in 30 minutes !!! To top it all the manager of the establishment not welcoming at all ... Do not waste your time with this establishment!

Stole 80 pounds from my locker whilst I had my hamman. Reported to the police! Avoid this place at all costs

If I can give them less than one star, I would! First of all we called them to do a massage and hammam for 2 people. They said $30 for massage and $25 for hammam. When we got there the front desk lady denied and said $40 for massage and $40 for hammam for each person. We told her that we called and she said no one picks up the phone except me and I dont remember that I said these prices “ we called 30 minutes before getting there, she shouldnt forget!” After negotiating the price which is very frustrating to keep doing that she decided to let us use the steam-room for “free” as she claimed. However, I know that if you’re doing hammam they must stay in the steam room lol. There was no hot water and we spent around 2hrs in the hammam because of that. Hammam shouldnt take more than 1hour. The mud and all the product they used was suppose to be for one person. However they used it for both of us. I wasnt able to see the mud on my skin because it was a very thin layer. Also they washed my hair with a little bit of shampoo but they ran out of it so they lady decided to wash my hair with shower gel which made it so dry and damaged. The massage was okay, they took few minutes whispering to each other while looking at us laying on the bed! It was so awkward They treat men better than women. I went there with my husband and the lady didnt even look at me. She was talking to my husband the whole time as if I wasn’t there. This is very rude in Arabic culture. I saw her greeting other men with kisses on their cheeks, but she couldnt even say hi to me.
