Interesting hotel. Good location, very interesting architecture and design, good and kind stuff. Really, stuff is the best point of this hotel. Good garden near the hotel. Big rooms. Rated as 4-stars, but I guess it is far from reality. Rooms are dark, cold, half of them without any view, very modest service. There is soup in dispenser only - no shampoo, etc. No water drainage in the bathroom! Wi-Fi in rooms works bad. Breakfast is extremely poor. Rate 4-star only for young stuff, very helpful.
Not what you expect from first impressions. Have stayed there now 3 times on business. It has its good and bad points.
For: all rooms clean and tidy although a little dull and dimly lite.
Internet fast.
Bar serves alcohol.
Friendly staff.
Interesting location.
Against :
No air-conditioning, fine in winter months.
Hot water takes 2-3 minutes to run off, then boiling.
Don't come down at 7.00am and expect to see breakfast, 7.30am more like.
Eat out, hotel restaurant very limited.
One you here suite I have been thinking about something really luxury but is normal hotel

Very nice place. Excellent value for money. Very very friendly staff!! Beautiful garden and parking.
You can meet very friendly staff in this nice hotel close to al jadida beach and port. Artistic decorations and interior architecture is impressive. Things to be improved are weak wifi signal in some rooms and music played in the garden, traditional songs would harmonize with the lovely authentic atmosphere.
