We don't recommend the hamam! There were not enough instructions and we were wondering what to do and what will come next. The steam bath was too long and too hot, the staff didn't give any advice about the temperature and time. So we felt really helpless and stop the hamam. The massage was good, but the towels and the bathrobes were dirty!

Never been to the doors of Spa Parfums. The corner is dangerous and there are a few thefts. Don't go there alone!!!

Worst massage, uninspired incomplete hamman I ordered a firm Moroccan massage and even after asking her to increase pressure she yawned and continued to Pet me. Never did she show any technique like she understood about how to give a massage or knowledge of muscles and how to relax them. Massage was a one star. Hamman was incomplete on all steps. I had to soap up areas she missed, also had to do my partners back as she completely ignored it, and lastly she left my hair gritty so I had to tell her to rinse it. The next day my hair needed to be reached as it was greasy.

I was disappointed by the massage, it was incomplete for me. One hand massaged the other not, one foot was massaged and the other was also forgotten. The masseuse spent half of the time stroking my hair. I found that much too long. At the end of the massage, return expeditiously to the exit. Pity ...

We chose this spa after an online research, reviews were positive - so we had an appointment made through our riad. Offline map of Marrakech led us to the spa almost without problems, is a little hidden: Place Sidi Ben Slimane, is in a very narrow alley. Right at the entrance there is a small changing room with lockable cabinets, shoes / bathrobes made of cotton are provided - but I had my own bathing shoes with me, is more hygienic, you keep on briefs - so there are no disposable briefs like in some other spas. We were led to the first floor and there was already the cozy little hammam, there are also special mats on the lying surface, it got relatively hot under the bottom - but you are sure, no burns. ;) After the hammam, the 1-hour massages followed. My masseuse was very good, she did professional movements and massage techniques. My partner was less lucky .. his masseuse is probably still being trained. For him it was more like a caressing massage. I think if you letter the ladies beforehand and say that they can be tackled stronger ... they do it too. We were served water after the hammam. Unfortunately, no mint tea, as the others reported. There is also a terrace which we did not see as we were accompanied down to the reception immediately after the massage. Rest period on the terrace after the massage would have been desirable. Deduction of points because of the ambience and that masseurs did not have the same level. After all, you pay the full price. It was worth a try.
